Attendance goals now show you exactly which residents are behind, on track, or not counted

What changed The resident attendance goal card in the Insights section, under Goals, now includes a "View All" action that opens a detailed view of your goal. You will see three lists: residents who are behind the goal, residents who have met it, and residents who were not counted, each with a plain language reason such as "Moved in mid-month". This applies to monthly attendance goals, and the numbers always match your goal card for the selected period.

Program Template edits can now be applied to programs already on your calendar

What changed When you save changes to a Program Template that is already in use, Welbi now asks whether your changes should apply to new programs only, or to new and already scheduled programs. Program titles and program types always apply to new programs only, so any customized titles on your calendar stay as they are. Past programs are never changed.

Preferred names can now sync from PointClickCare

What changed Welbi can now pull a resident's preferred name from PointClickCare and keep it up to date automatically with every sync. This option is off by default and is turned on per integration. If your company is interested in syncing preferred names from PointClickCare, contact your Welbi Customer Success Manager.
