Feb 14 2025 - Printing a Blank Resident Assessment

While the most efficient way to complete a resident assessment is directly in Welbi, we understand that this isn't always possible.

While we always recommend entering resident assessment information directly into Welbi rather than completing an assessments on paper and entering it in Welbi at a later date (Duplicate effort?! No thank you!), we've heard that sometimes this just isn't possible. 

Maybe you don't have a tablet or laptop that can be easily brought to residents, or perhaps internet connectivity issues prevent you from logging in while in certain parts of the building.

To support you in these situations, you can now print off a blank 'fillable' format of a resident's assessment for easier information gathering. 

The header of the document will include the name of the assessment, the resident's name and room number, and the assessment due date. Beside each question, you'll see information about the question type (i.e., whether it's a question where only a single answer is accepted, or one where you can select multiple answers) as well as whether the question is optional or required. 

We hope this format will help you out in moments where completing an assessment directly in Welbi just isn't possible. Once you've collected all the required information, don't forget to enter the data in Welbi and publish the assessment! ✅
