Easily monitor and track new residents' program attendance
Ensuring new residents feel welcomed and engaged is essential for fostering a strong sense of community. The New Residents panel provides a real-time view of the most recent residents who have moved in within a specified onboarding period, so teams can efficient track and manage engagement for new move-ins.
It allows teams to:- Set a participation goal (e.g., attending at least 4 programs within the first 30 days).
- Track each resident’s program attendance across all activity types—group, one-on-one, or self-directed.
- Identify residents who may need additional support to encourage participation.
Key Fields in the Panel
- Due Date: This represents the onboarding period for a new resident (e.g., 30 days) and outlines a timeline to help ensure they are successfully integrated into the community through reaching their programming goal by this particular date.
- Attended Programs Goal: This reflects the total number of programs a resident has attended during their onboarding period. For example, if your community has a goal of 4 programs within 30 days, and a resident (e.g., Mary Martin) has attended only one program so far, you’ll still have time to encourage more participation before their due date on March 5th.

If you do not have the New Residents panel on your Overview page, and would like it enabled, please reach out to us at support@welbi.co to provide us with the following:
- Your preferred onboarding timeline (e.g., 30 days from move-in).
- The minimum number of programs new residents should attend during that time.
