Feb 12 2025 - Engagement Monitoring for New Move-ins

Easily monitor program attendance and engagement for new residents, right from the Overview page.

First impressions matter, especially when it comes to new residents adjusting to their new home and community. To help teams better monitor and support their engagement in those critical first days, we've created a new panel for the Overview page called 'New Residents'.

With this new feature, you can:

Set a target for new resident participation (e.g., attend 4 programs in their first 30 days).
Monitor progress easily to ensure a smooth transition and social integration.
