What is the News Feed?
The News Feed is a communication tool that appears in the Family Portal. It displays a stream of published posts from your team, which may include:

Announcements, reminders, and celebrations
Each post is tied to specific levels of care or home areas, so families only see updates relevant to their loved ones.
Who Can Use the News Feed?
Only team members with Team Enhanced access and above can create and publish News Feed posts.
Posts are created in Welbi and become immediately visible in the Family Portal once published.
