You can now add emojis to categorize programs, spotlight key events, and enrich the look of your posters and calendars.

Why Use Emojis?

Emojis can help you:

• Highlight featured or special events (🎉)

• Indicate outings or off-site activities (🚌)

• Flag programs that require sign-up (✍️)

• Mark wellness or fitness sessions (💪)

• Add personality or fun to regular programming (🎨🎶🧁)

These emojis will appear on:

• The planning calendar

• The printed calendar

• Resident Posters
• Birthday Posters

• Website Calendar Feed

• Digital Signage Feeds
• Family Portal

How to Add Emojis

On Windows:

1. Click into the program title field.

2. Press Windows key + period (.) to open the emoji picker.

3. Select your emoji to insert.

On Mac:

1. Click into the program title field.

2. Press Control + Command + Space to open the emoji keyboard.

3. Choose your emoji and it will appear in the title.

Example:

Program titles could look like:

• "Afternoon Tea 🫖"

• "Movie Night 🎬"

• "Fitness with James 💪"
