Formatting "All Day" Announcements on Your Print Calendar

Highlight All Day announcements on your print calendar by applying special formatting.

When adding announcements to your planning calendar, you have the option to set these as "All Day."


To apply special formatting to any All Day announcements on your print calendar:

  1.  Click the Settings button.
  2. Scroll down to the "Show All Day Announcements as" setting and choose the formatting that you'd like applied to all of your All Day announcements.
     
    Once you've made your selections, you will see the changes reflected in your print calendar.
