Exporting a Resident's Notes & Interactions

Export the "Notes and Interactions" section of a resident's Summary page as a PDF to print or share with team and family members.

To export the "Notes and Interactions" from a resident's Summary page: 
  1. Navigate to the Residents section of the platform and select the resident from your Residents list. 
  2. Scroll down to the "Notes and Interactions" section of the resident's Summary page.Screen Shot 2023-03-27 at 4.24.42 PM
  3. Apply filters as desired to narrow down the list of notes you wish to export.
  4. Click the printer icon on the top right corner of the panel.
Welbi will automatically start to download the PDF report of your list. Once complete, you will have an easy-to-read report showing the list of that resident's Notes and Interactions that you can share with other team members or loved ones.
