Resetting your Password

1. For our Canadian clients, please visit www.welbi.io. For our American clients, please visit us.welbi.com.
2. Click 'Forgot Password?'
3. Enter your email address when prompted and wait for an email with a password reset link.

Note: Welbi passwords must be at least 8 characters long, and include at least one of each of the following:

• A lower case letter
• An upper case letter
• A number
• A symbol

Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox within a few minutes!
