      Training Video 3.1: Program Insights

      The "Programs" tab of your Insights page centralizes data on your program offerings, resident engagement, and facilitators to help inform decision-making.

      The Program Insights Page holds insights relating to your calendar and 1-on-1 programming. They inform you about your overall resident participation, engagement, and program performance from different angles. They also give you data about your programs in aggregate. The information for these insights are taken from the programs in the Planning Calendar.

      Program Insights report on one of two aspects of a group or 1-on-1 program:

      1. Resident Attendance & Engagement
      2. Aggregate Information of Program Fields

      Resident Attendance & Engagement

      Insights of this nature use the attendance data recorded for all events within the time range selected to report on attendance trends. Each insight reports on a different aspect of attendance taken.

      For example: The “Attendee Engagement over Time” insight reports on the number of times each level of engagement (active, passive, disengaged or declined/refused) was recorded for each day of the time period.

      The following is the list of Program Insights belonging to Resident Attendance & Engagement:

      1. Total Attendance by Time of Day
      2. Most & Least Attended Programs*
      3. Resident Hobbies vs. Programs Offered*
      4. Resident Attendance
      5. Attendee Engagement over Time
      6. Total Attendance by Dimension of Wellness by Time of Day
      7. Total Attendance by Dimension of Wellness
      8. Total Number of Residents Attending at Least 1 Program by Dimension of Wellness
      9. Total Attendance by Program Tag*
      10. Average Attendance by Program Tag*
      11. Average Number of Programs Attended per Resident
      12. Total Number of Programs Without Attendance*

      *Applies to Group programs only

      Aggregate Information of Program Fields

      Insights of this nature use the information in the Program Fields of each program in the Web Calendar and 1-on-1s. Each insight reports on the recurrence of a different aspect of programs taken as a whole.

      For Example: The “Total Number of Programs by Dimension of Wellness” insight reports on the number of times each of your community’s Dimensions of Wellness have been included in a program, expressed as a ratio, for the time range chosen.

      The following is a list of Program Insights reporting on the Aggregate Information of Program Fields:

      1. Total Number of Programs by Dimension of Wellness
      2. Average Number of Programs per Day
      3. Average Number of Programs per Weekend
      4. % of Facilitators' Time Spent in Programs (based on 37.5 hr work week) 
      5. Program Time by Facilitator
      6. Average Number of Programs by Time of Day
      7. Total Number of Programs by Tag*
      8. Total Number of Cancelled Programs*
      9. Reasons for Program Cancellation*
