Accessing Saved Birthday Posters
Access your previously saved birthday posters to edit, re-print, or use them as a template for future posters.
You can access saved birthday posters to continue working on them or re-print as needed. You can also use a saved birthday poster as a template or starting point for an additional poster by updating the filters as needed. For example, you can open a saved birthday poster and change the Level of Care or Home Area to preserve your design and customizations but update the list of residents.
To access your saved birthday posters:
- Navigate to the "Residents" section of Welbi and click on the Birthday Poster Designer button in the top right corner (looks like a birthday cake)
- In the pop-up window that appears, click into the "History" tab to view all of your saved birthday posters
- Single-click on the birthday poster you wish to access, and then click the "Edit" button to open it up (or the "Delete" button if you wish to delete it)
