Changing a Family Portal user's email address
The email address a Family Portal user logs in with can be updated within the Care Circle tab
If a family member wishes to access the Family Portal using an different email address than the one that received the original invitation, you can update their email address in the Care Circle tab by following these steps:
- Navigate to the resident's Care Circle tab in Welbi
- Click on the name of the individual whose email address you wish to update
- Update their email address in the email field and click Save
- In the pop up window that appears, confirm that the new email address has been entered correctly, and click Proceed
The family member will receive an email invitation to set up an account using this new email address. They will no longer be able to log into the Family Portal with their previous email address.
