Checking Your Monthly Calendars for KPI Compliance Using the Goals Page

Referencing your Goals page while planning means you'll always hit the mark!

If your organization has enabled the "Goals" feature in Welbi, you'll see a "Goals" tab instead of a "Summary" tab when you click into your Insights page. Your Goals page is a quick and easy way to determine how your community is tracking towards your organizational goals or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

KPIs are a set of quantifiable metrics that are used to gauge performance and/or execution of company standards within your organization. Depending on the organization you belong to, this may include metrics related to program offerings, resident attendance, facilitator time spent in program, or others.

Many organizations choose to set KPIs that relate to program offerings. Depending on where you work, this could look like targets for how your programs are distributed across the Dimensions of Wellness, how many special events are run each month, etc. If your Goals page includes KPIs related to program offerings, you can use it to self-audit your monthly calendars and adjust your plans as needed to ensure all targets are being met.

Here are a few pointers to help you interpret your Goals:
  • Goals with a "tag" icon to the left of the title are calculated based on the Tags you assign to programs in your Planning Calendar
    • Goals with the "heart" icon to the left of the title are calculated based on the Dimensions of Wellness you assign to programs in your Planning Calendar
      • Goals with the "clock" icon to the left of the title are calculated based on the start time of programs in your Planning Calendar

If you wish, you can set yourself up to view your Planning Calendar and Goals page simultaneously to allow for easy cross-referencing:
        1. Log in to Welbi and navigate to your Goals page
        2. Right-click on the browser tab and select "Duplicate." This will open a second version of the tab in your internet browser.
        3. You should now have two browser tabs, both showing your Welbi Goals page. In one of the tabs, navigate to your Planning Calendar.
        4. Now you can easily click between your browser tab showing your Goals page (where you can see if there are any adjustments needed in order to hit your goals), and your other tab showing your Planning Calendar (where you can edit your programs as needed to hit your goals).
Tip: If you have access to two computer screens (e.g., a laptop and a monitor), you can drag one of the browser tabs so that you have one screen showing your Goals Page and the other showing your Planning Calendar.
