If you like what you see in this article and would like to give it a shot, please click here to submit a support request and we'll get you set up with an alternate calendar. Once this alternate calendar has been made available, you can create your second language calendar by following the steps below:
- For each of your programs, create an Announcement that occurs on the same date(s) and time(s). Enter the translated program title as the title of the Announcement, and select your second-language calendar in the 'Calendar' field as shown below. If the program is recurring, use the recurrence field so that the original program and the translated Announcement are on the same schedule.
Note: You don't need to worry about entering a location, levels of care / home areas, dimension of wellness, or hobbies unless you plan to filter or format your Print Calendar based on any of these elements.
- Once you've entered all of your programs as translated Announcements, you are ready to print! In the Print Calendar Designer, use the 'Calendar' filter to select your second-language calendar. This way, only the translated Announcements you've added to this calendar will appear on your calendar for print.
