Completing a Resident's Profile

Each resident in Welbi has a profile, which typically consists of background and life story information.

• First Name
• Last Name
• Preferred Name

Note: If a resident has a preferred name entered in their profile, it will appear in place of their name throughout the platform.

• Profile Photo
• Level of Care
• Room Number
• Gender
• Move-in Date
• Birthday
• Does the resident wish to celebrate their birthday? (Yes/No)

Note: Residents who do not wish to celebrate their birthday will not be included in the birthday poster for their birthday month. Their birthday will still appear in the  Upcoming Celebrations panel of the Overview, but will appear greyed out with a special icon.

• Are there other occasions they wish to celebrate? 

Celebrations entered here will appear in the 'Upcoming Celebrations' panel of the Overview section, making it easy for your team to remember them each year.

Your organization may have additional questions in your resident profiles. In order for the profile to be considered complete, all questions not marked as 'Optional' must be filled out.

Incomplete profiles will appear in the 'Outstanding Assessments & Profiles' panel, located in the top right corner of the Overview, making it easy for your team to keep track of how many profiles are missing information.
