Identifying Residents Who May Need Engagement

See which residents are most in need of engagement to prevent social isolation.

The Residents Needing Engagement panel on the Overview page shows you the five residents who have gone the longest without any engagement captured in Welbi. The "Last Program" column tells you how much time has passed since the resident's last engagement. Engagement is calculated based on attendance entered for group, 1-on-1, and self-directed programs.

We recommend that your team reviews this list daily so that you can prioritize engaging with specific residents as needed to prevent social isolation.

You can scroll through your full resident list to see how long it has been since each resident's last program by clicking View All at the bottom of the panel.

A list of all of your residents, including the date of their last program, can be exported by clicking the Export button in the top right corner of the page.
