Quickly learn about the preferences, needs, and interests of your community.
The "Assessments" tab of your Insights page contains insights based on the data collected in your resident assessments. Assessment Insights can be generated for any assessment questions except those that involve free text entry.
Assessment Insights give you a bird's eye view into how your residents answered each of your assessment questions, allowing you to quickly identify response trends across your community. You can also drill down by clicking "View All" on any Assessment Insight to see exactly which residents provided each response and to identify clusters, or residents who responded in a similar way.
Analyzing your Assessment Insights on a regular basis can help you and your team:
- Gain a better understanding of your residents' interests, preferences, and needs as a whole (e.g., get a quick understanding of how many of your residents require ambulatory assistance)
- Tailor your programming based on resident preferences (e.g., starting a book club if you notice you have a large number of residents interested in reading)
- Adjust your program schedule based on resident preferences (e.g., add more evening programs if you notice that's when a majority of your residents expressed interest in attending programs)
- Build connections between residents based on commonalities (e.g., introducing residents who share an interest in history or politics)
- Quickly get a new hire up to speed on the interests, preferences, and needs of your residents as a whole
If your community has multiple levels of care/home areas, you can filter this page to view Assessment Insights for a particular group of residents.
