Insights Related to Facilitator Time in Program
Welbi automatically calculates how many hours each facilitator spends in programs to help you better understand how team members are spending their time.
The "Programs" section of your Insights page has two insights related to how much time each of your facilitators is spending in programs. These insights can help you understand how your program hours are being distributed across staff and how much of your staff's time is being spent in programming with residents.
- The "% of Facilitators' Time Spent in Programs" insight shows you what percentage of each facilitator's working hours are spent facilitating programs. This insight assumes each facilitator works full-time hours (i.e., a 37.5 hour work week).
- The "Program Time by Facilitator" insight shows you the total number of hours each facilitator spent in program (when viewed as a bar graph), as well as how program hours are distributed across facilitators (when viewed as a pie chart).
