Program Insights Related to Tags

If you've added Tags to any of the programs on your Planning Calendar, you'll be able to see Insights related to them.

The "Programs" section of your Insights page contains a number of insights related to Tags. These can help you understand how many programs you're running within each of your company's Tag categories as well as how many residents are attending each type of program.

By way of refresher, Tags allow you to categorize programs as you see fit (e.g., many companies use Tags to categorize programs as 'Outings,' 'Special Events,' etc.). The list of Tags you have access to is determined by your company. 

• The "Total Number of Programs by Tag" insight shows you how many programs you offer for each of your Tags (e.g., 10 Special Events, 8 Outings, etc.)
  
• The "Total Attendance by Tag" shows you the total number of attendances you logged for each of your Tagged program types (e.g., 50 attendances across all of your Special Events, 40 attendances across all of your Outings, etc.)
  
• The "Average Attendance by Tag" shows you how many attendees came out on average to each tagged program (e.g., an average of 5 residents attended each Special Event, an average of 5 residents attended each Outing, etc.)
