[Resident Profile Insights](https://knowledge.welbi.co/kb/insight-how-tos?hsLang=en#resident-profile-insights) # Resident Profile Insights ## Quickly learn about the demographic makeup of the residents in your community The "Resident Profiles" tab of your Insights page contains insights based on the data collected in your resident Profiles. Profile Insights can be generated for any profile questions, except those that involve free text entry.   Resident Profile Insights give you a bird's eye view into how your residents answered each of your profile questions, allowing you to quickly identify response trends across your community. You can also drill down by clicking "View All" on any Profile Insight to see exactly which residents provided each response and to identify clusters, or residents who responded in a similar way. ![](https://t8648278.p.clickup-attachments.com/t8648278/fcfe0685-fd3b-4947-88a8-e0f524f17d33/image.png)   Analyzing your Resident Profile Insights can help you and your team: - Gain an understanding of your residents' demographics and backgrounds as a whole (e.g., in terms of language, occupations, educational background, religion, veteran status, hometowns, etc.) - Tailor your programming based on your residents (e.g., starting a French conversation club with all French-speaking residents) - Build connections between residents based on commonalities (e.g., introduce residents who grew up in the same city or town) - Quickly get a new hire up to speed on the demographics of your community   If your community has multiple levels of care/home areas, you can filter this page to view Insights for a particular group of residents. -
