Insights 'Summary' Tab

Quickly access the Insights you reference most often.

• "Resident Attendance," which allows you to set an attendance goal for your residents and quickly identify which residents are (and are not) meeting this goal. This insight, along with the "Residents Needing Engagement" panel on the Overview page, can be powerful tools in preventing social isolation and ensuring no residents fall through the cracks.
  
• "Resident Hobbies Vs. Programs Offered," which allows you to see how the programs you're offering align with the hobbies and interests of your residents. If you notice a gap in your offerings relative to your resident interests, this could be great inspiration for a new program!
  
• "Attendee Engagement over Time," which allows you to visualize how your attendee engagement level is fluctuating over time. If you notice any drastic changes or undesirable patterns (e.g., a high percentage of attendees who are disengaged), this may be a trigger to do some investigating.
  
• Any insights that contain data or information they need to report out to their General Manager, Senior Leadership, or Head Office.
