Syncing Resident Demographic Information from PointClickCare
If you have an active PointClickCare integration, certain pieces of resident demographic information can be automatically synced from PointClickCare
When a resident is marked as a new move in in PointClickCare, they will automatically appear in your Welbi resident list.
The below pieces of demographic information are pulled into Welbi from PointClickCare by default:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Room Number
- Profile Photo
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Move-in Date
- Move-out Date
If you wish, the following information can also be pulled into Welbi from PointClickCare:
- Marital Status
- Language
- Religion
- Ethnicity
- Citizenship
- Occupation
Demographic data that is being pulled in from PointClickCare will be uneditable in Welbi. Any updates to this information must be made in PointClickCare, and will flow through to Welbi automatically once saved.
