Leveraging the "Resident Attendance" Insight to Hit Your Participation Goals

Use this insight to see which residents have (and have not) met your community's participation goals so you can take action as needed.

If your community sets goals related to program attendance or participation, you can use the Resident Attendance insight to help you quickly see which residents are meeting your attendance goals and which ones are not.
To set up or adjust an attendance goal:
  1. Navigate to the Insights section.
  2. Click on the Programs tab (depending on your settings, you may have this insight saved to your Summary tab) and scroll down to the Resident Attendance insight.
  3. Click the button with the 3 dots in the top right of the insight panel and set the number of programs you'd like to see residents attend. On the sliding goal scale, you can also set the percentage of your community you'd like to see meet this goal (e.g., 100% of your residents, 75% of your residents, etc.).

Once you've made your selections, the insight will tell you how many of your residents have attended the specified number of programs. The progress bar will provide a visual of how close you are to hitting your target percentage of residents.

To view a list of the specific residents who have and have not met your attendance goal, click View All at the bottom of the insight panel.

The "Attendees" table lists residents who have attended your target number of programs. The "Non Attendees" table below it lists the residents who have not. Both tables show the number of programs each resident has attended so you can understand how far over or under the target value they are. You can use this data to reach out to residents who may be in need of some encouragement to attend group programs or set up some 1-on-1 engagement.

If you'd like to share a list with team members, you can export a list of all of your residents along with the number of programs attended by clicking the export button in the top right corner of the screen.
