Linking your Welbi and PointClickCare User Accounts
If your organization has enabled 'Signing In with PointClickCare', you can link your Welbi and PointClickCare user accounts to make signing into Welbi simpler and more secure.
Note: This article is for individuals with existing Welbi user accounts. If you're brand new to Welbi, and your organization has PointClickCare single sign on enabled, check out this article instead.
To link your existing Welbi and PointClickCare user accounts:
- Navigate to the Settings section from the navigation bar on the left-hand side of your screen
- Click User Profile at the bottom of the Settings menu, then click the Sign in with PointClickCare button as shown below
- You will then be brought to a login screen where you will enter your PointClickCare Username and Password
Once you have entered your login information you will be signed into your Welbi site(s).
Please note that going forward you will now select 'Sign in with PointClickCare' and enter your PointClickCare Username and Password to sign into Welbi.
