Resident Engagement Insights

Generating an Engagement Insight Report for a Resident

Quickly generate a report of a resident's participation and engagement over a timeframe of your choosing.

Each resident in Welbi has an Insights tab, where you can find information about their participation and engagement over a timeframe of your choosing. To generate an Engagement Insight Report for a resident:
  1. Navigate to the Residents section of Welbi and select the resident from your Residents list.
  2. Click into the resident's Insight tab and select the date range and program types you'd like to include in the report.

The data on the page will refresh to reflect your date and program type selections. You will have access to the following insights:

  • Overall Participation (i.e., how many programs the resident attended)
  • Overall Engagement in Programs (i.e., how often they were marked as active, passive, and disengaged, as well as any times they were marked as declining or unavailable to attend)
  • Participation by Time of Day (i.e., how many morning, afternoon, and evening programs they attended)
  • Participation by Dimension of Wellness (i.e., how many programs they attended within each dimension)
  • Engagement by Dimension of Wellness (i.e., for each dimension of wellness, how often they were marked as active, passive, and disengaged, as well as any times they were marked as declining or unavailable to attend)

At the bottom of the page, you'll also see a list of all program attendance along with any notes taken.

Note: if you see a button with 3 dots in the top right corner of an insight, it means you can choose to view this insight as a bar chart or a pie chart.

This data can be exported and printed in report format for easy sharing with team members and loved ones (a great tool for family conferences or care conferences!). To export an Engagement Insight Report, click the Printer icon in the top right corner of the screen.

The report will automatically download to your computer in PDF format. This file can then be shared by email, uploaded into other systems as needed, or printed off.
