Reactivating a Deactivated Resident

If you've deactivated a resident by mistake or have a resident move back into your community, you can reactivate them in Welbi and pick up where you left off.

To reactivate a deactivated resident: 

1. Scroll down to the Deactivated residents list and select the resident you wish to reactivate
   
2. Navigate to the resident's Profile tab and click the "Reactivate Resident" button in the bottom right corner
   

This will move the resident back into your current resident list along with all of their historical data.
