Resending an Expired Invite

If an invitation to a new user has expired, it can easily be resent by any team member with access to Welbi.

When you invite a team member to create a Welbi account, they will receive an email with a link to sign up that is valid for 24 hours.

If this link has expired, anyone with access to your Welbi account can resend it by following these steps: 

  1. Navigate to the Settings section from the navigation bar on the left-hand side of your screen.
  2. Select Employees from the menu and scroll down to the  'Pending Invites' section of the Employees page.
  3. Click the Resend button beside the invitation you wish to resend.

The individual will receive another email with a new link to sign up, which will be valid for another 24 hours.
