Viewing a List of Residents Likely to Attend Programs on Your Planning Calendar

Welbi's recommendation engine can suggest residents who are likely to attend or enjoy a particular program based on their hobbies and interests, as well as their past participation in similar programs.

When viewing any program on your Planning Calendar, the "Residents Likely to Attend" tool allows you to get an idea of residents who may be interested in attending. This can help your team understand who to invite to the program, gauge interest in a new program offering, gauge interest across your resident population, or simply get an idea of how many attendees to expect for a program.
To view this information, open any program on your Planning Calendar and click the "Load Residents" button in the "Residents Likely to Attend" section of the pop-up window.
Once the data loads, a list of residents likely to attend the program will appear with a badge indicating their likelihood level. You can hover over a likelihood badge to get an understanding of what is driving this recommendation.
Likelihood recommendations are based on past program participation, as well as hobbies and interests. For recommendations based on hobbies and interests, Welbi compares the hobbies entered in each resident's most recent assessment (or profile, depending on your company's set up) to the hobbies listed in the hobby field of the program.  If there is a match, the resident will be deemed at least "Somewhat Likely" to attend (likelihood will increase as they attend similar programs).
Keep this in mind when entering hobbies on your programs and for your residents! When adding hobbies to programs in your planning calendar, ask yourself, "What hobbies or interests might a resident have that would lead them to being interested in attending this program?" This will help you capture as many likelihood recommendations as possible!
