When viewing a program on your Planning Calendar, the Residents Likely to Attend section displays a list of residents along with a Program Fit recommendation. These recommendations can help your team decide who to invite, estimate attendance, and better understand which residents may benefit from a program.
- Open a program on your Planning Calendar.
- In the Residents Likely to Attend section, click Load Residents.
- Review the list of recommended residents.
Each resident will be assigned a Program Fit rating.
Understanding Program Fit Ratings
Program Fit ratings indicate how well a resident matches a program based on factors such as interests, attendance history, participation patterns, and program characteristics.
The available ratings are:
- Excellent fit – Strong indicators suggest the resident would enjoy or attend the program.
- Good fit – Several indicators suggest the resident may be interested in the program.
- Possible fit – Some indicators suggest the program could be a good match.
- Limited fit – Few indicators suggest the resident would be interested in the program.
- Unlikely fit – There is little evidence that the program aligns with the resident's interests or participation patterns.
Note: Recommendation ratings were recently updated. While the process for viewing recommendations has not changed, you may notice different groupings and labels than in previous versions.
Hover over a Program Fit badge to see an explanation of why the resident received that rating.
The explanation highlights the factors that contributed most to the recommendation and provides additional context to help with invitation planning.
Keeping Recommendations Accurate
To help ensure recommendations are as useful as possible, keep resident profiles and program details up to date.
When creating or editing a program, include hobbies and interests that are relevant to the activity. This helps Welbi identify residents who may be a good fit for the program.
Expected Result
After loading recommendations, you will see a list of residents with Program Fit ratings ranging from Excellent fit to Unlikely fit. You can hover over a rating to understand the factors that contributed to the recommendation and use this information when planning invitations and estimating attendance.
