Accessing a Program's Attendance List

You can quickly jump to a program's attendance list from multiple places within the Welbi platform

Any time you see a program name shown in blue across the Welbi platform, you can click on it to be brought directly to the program's attendance sheet.

Listed below are some of the most common ways to access a program's attendance sheet, either to log attendance or simply review the list of attendees.

From the Overview Section

For program's happening today, the quickest way to access their attendance page is by clicking on the program name in the Today's Programs panel of the Overview.

From the Attendance Section

Click into any program to access its attendance page. You can use the filters along the top of the screen to quickly find the program you're looking for.

From the Planning Calendar

Click into any program on your planning calendar to open it, and then click View Attendance in the bottom right corner of the pop-up to view the program's attendance page.
