Adding Abbreviations After Programs on Your Print Calendars

With just a few clicks, you can add abbreviations after each of the program titles on your calendar to represent the program's level of care, home area, facilitator, dimension of wellness, or location.

To add abbreviations representing level of care, home area, facilitator, dimension of wellness, or location for programs on your calendar, click into Settings and scroll down until you see the "Show as Abbreviation After Program Title" option.

 
Selecting an option from this drop-down menu will apply an abbreviation to the end of all of your program titles based on your selection.

In the example shown below, an abbreviation has been added after program titles to represent each program's location. Don't forget to add a legend so that viewers of your calendar know what the abbreviations represent!

You can choose whether abbreviations appear in brackets or after a comma using the "Show Abbreviation as" setting.
