Admissions, discharges, and leaves that are entered as census events in MatrixCare are automatically reflected in Welbi via our integration.
Admissions
As residents are admitted in MatrixCare, they are automatically added to the ‘Residents’ list in Welbi with their admission date & room number. If updates are made to their room number in MatrixCare, these updates will automatically be reflected in Welbi.
Discharges
As residents are expired or discharged (with or without return expected) in MatrixCare, they are automatically moved to the ‘Deactivated Residents’ list in Welbi.
If a resident that was previously discharged with return expected is returned in MC, they are automatically moved back to the ‘Residents’ list in Welbi with their original admission date appearing as their 'Move-in Date' in Welbi.
If a resident was previously discharged without return expected and is re-admitted at a later date, they are automtaically moved back to the 'Residents' list in Welbi with their most recent admission date appearing as their 'Move-in Date' in Welbi.
Hospital & Therapeutic Leaves
If a resident goes on a ‘Hospital Leave’ in MatrixCare, a 'Hospital' status is automatically applied in Welbi. If a resident goes on a 'Therapeutic Leave' in MatrixCare, an 'LOA' status is automatically applied in Welbi. Status icons will be visible beside the resident’s name throughout the Welbi platform, including when entering attendance.
