Staying on Top of Incomplete Profiles and Assessments

Refer to the Overview page to see exactly how many incomplete resident profiles and overdue or upcoming assessments your team has to complete.

The "Resident Profiles & Assessments" section in the top right corner of the Overview shows you exactly how many resident profiles are incomplete and how many assessments are overdue or coming up. This makes it easy to make sure that all resident information is complete and up to date. When a resident has just moved in or is added to Welbi, their profile and any applicable assessments will show as Outstanding to prompt teams to complete.

Click View All at the bottom of the panel to view a list of profiles and assessments requiring attention.

The "Profile Questions" panel at the top of the screen will list any residents with incomplete profiles, along with their move-in date and the percentage of profile questions that have been completed so far ("% Complete"). Click Continue to go straight to their profile and complete any remaining profile questions.

Each of your assessments will also have its own panel on the page listing residents with assessments that are overdue (due dates shown in red) or coming due soon (due dates shown in black), along with what percentage of the assessment has been completed so far ("% Complete"). Click Start (for assessments that are 0% complete) or Continue (for assessments that have been started) to go straight to the assessment.

Note: Assessments are listed as "coming up" if their due date falls within your company's "alert window" for assessments. The default alert window for assessments is typically 14 days (as shown above) but can be customized to your company depending on how early you'd like upcoming assessments to be flagged in the Overview.
