Understanding Welbi's MED e-care Integration
Welbi can integrate with your MED e-care system to ensure your resident list is always up to date, and eliminate the need to manually update both systems as residents move in and out of your community.
Move Ins
When you integrate your Welbi site with your MED e-care, residents marked as new move ins in MED e-care will automatically flow through to your resident list in Welbi, along with their name, room number, date of birth, and move in date.
Move Outs
Residents marked as move outs in MED e-care will automatically be deactivated in Welbi, and will appear in your Deactivated Residents list.
Keeping Resident Information Up to Date
When changes made in MED e-care to any of the integrated fields (i.e., name, room number, room number, date of birth, move in date), these updates will automatically flow through to Welbi to ensure you always have access to the latest information.
To ensure consistency between the two systems, you'll notice that t integrated fields are not editable in Welbi. If the information in an integrated field needs to be updated, these changes must be made directly in MED e-care.
