This video will cover how to add programs and announcements in the Planning Calendar in Welbi and how to remove or cancel programs.

Practice Exercises:

1. Add five of your recurring programs to your Web Calendar, making sure that each of these fields has information in it (if relevant to the program): 
- Program Title (or choose a template)
- Location 
- Time of Day
- Recurrence (Daily, Weekly, Month, Yearly, or Custom)
- The Level of Care or Home Area 
- The Facilitator(s)
- The Dimension(s) of Wellness 
- Any hobbies/interests that are related to the program 
- Any Tags (a category or type of program), if relevant. 
- Any Notes that you or your team wish to include on your program (ex: where supplies are located, any preparation tasks, etc.)

1. Add an upcoming Announcement to one of your month’s calendars that you would like to have on a printed calendar (ex: a holiday, an FYI to residents, etc.)
