Colour-Coding Programs on Your Print Calendar

Colour-code the backgrounds, side bars, or text of programs on your print calendar to represent each programs' dimension of wellness, facilitator, location, level of care, or home area.

You can add coloured backgrounds or side bars to programs on your print calendar to represent each programs' dimension of wellness, facilitator, location, level of care, or home area. You can also change the program font colour.
To do this, click into  Settings and scroll down until you see the following options:

Selecting an option from the "Show Program Background Colour as" drop-down menu will apply a coloured background to all of your programs based on your selection. In the example shown below, program background colours represent each program's dimension of wellness.

Don't forget to add a legend so that viewers of your calendar know what the colours represent!
