You can add coloured backgrounds or side bars to programs on your print calendar to represent each programs' dimension of wellness, facilitator, location, level of care, or home area. You can also change the program font colour. To do this, click into  **Settings** and scroll down until you see the following options:  ![](https://t8648278.p.clickup-attachments.com/t8648278/6b1d3951-1cc2-4113-9a48-84327c091e9e/Screen%20Shot%202023-01-26%20at%201.06.13%20PM.png)   Selecting an option from the "Show Program Background Colour as" drop-down menu will apply a coloured background to all of your programs based on your selection. In the example shown below, program background colours represent each program's dimension of wellness.  Don't forget to [add a legend](https://knowledge.welbi.co/kb/adding-a-legend-to-your-print-calendar?hsLang=en) so that viewers of your calendar know what the colours represent! ![](https://knowledge.welbi.co/hubfs/image-png-Mar-25-2023-04-43-53-0474-PM.png) Selecting an option from the "Show Program Side Bar as" drop-down menu will apply a coloured side bar to all of your programs based on your selection.
