Training Video 6.1: Filtering the Resident List to Create Customized Lists
The resident filter allows you to search your resident list based on certain criteria and create customized lists of residents, such as all your residents who speak French. Filters can be saved and re-applied to make things easy for you!

Practice Exercises:
1. Look ahead to a program you're running and create a filter for a hobby or two that residents might have that would lead them to want to attend the program. Export this list and print it off and try to engage these specific residents to come out to this program.
2. Review a question from a new resident's profile and use a filter to find other residents who have the same information (ex: place of birth, language, occupation) and use this information to connect your new resident with some current residents.
