Welbi Masterclass: Running Reports on Welbi

This Masterclass is for users who share resident reports with families or care teams or who need to report to senior leadership on programming & attendance data. This is also for users who want to pull reports of their community's resident makeup.

Tips and Tricks

Ensure all of your resident information and attendance is up to date, so that your reports and analytics are accurate
Use filters when you can to get a succinct report (e.g., Dates, Level of Care/Home Area, Program Types, etc)
Use the “View All” option on Insights where available to get more detailed information
Export/print as PDF to share with individuals who may not be eligible for Welbi access
Reach out to Welbi’s Support Team if you’d like any insights “pinned” to your summary page for quick and easy access
Have your ‘Goals’ or Insights page open in a separate browser tab or window while planning your monthly calendar for easy reference
