This Masterclass is for users who share resident reports with families or care teams or who need to report to senior leadership on programming & attendance data. This is also for users who want to pull reports of their community's resident makeup.

Tips and Tricks 

  • Ensure all of your resident information and attendance is up to date, so that your reports and analytics are accurate
  • Use filters when you can to get a succinct report (e.g., Dates, Level of Care/Home Area, Program Types, etc)
  • Use the “View All” option on Insights where available to get more detailed information 
  • Export/print as PDF to share with individuals who may not be eligible for  Welbi access
  • Reach out to Welbi’s Support Team if you’d like any insights “pinned” to your summary page for quick and easy access 
  • Have your ‘Goals’ or Insights page open in a separate browser tab or window while planning your monthly calendar for easy reference
