Practice Exercises:
1. Create a Print Calendar for next month to get familiar with the Print Calendar Designer. You can use this as an opportunity to get a head start on your next month’s calendar, or simply use it as a practice calendar that can be deleted later.
- Use the filter buttons to control which programs you’d like to appear on the calendar (e.g., specific Level of Care/Home Area(s), Facilitator(s), etc)
- Go through the settings and decide on the number of pages, font size, abbreviations after program titles, and anything else that would have your calendar looking how you’d like it.
- Add a legend to an empty cell using cell mode (ex: location legend, calendar legend)
- Add text and images as you see fit.
